My fears have been realized.
I am sorry to say that I finally contacted Mika and we spoke for a while. After a short conversation, Mika told me that she didn't think she wanted to continue working on the site anymore. She had not been keeping up to date with it and had not read the updates I had added. She did say that she would think about coming back...but I highly doubt that she will change her mind. I believe Mika wishes to move on from this site and possibly from me as well. Before you ask, she did not give me a reason. She never stated if there was some other reason or purpose for this decision, so I cannot provide you with a satisfactory reason for her departure.
I, like many of you, have been rather shocked and upset by this news. However, before you go on a rampage, there are a few things I want to make clear: The first is that this is Mika's choice. Mika has her own problems and struggles to deal with, and if she feels that the site and myself are too much of a burden to keep up with, then she shouldn't have to make it a priority. Secondly, Mika was slowly starting to lose interest in both myself and the site long before she even left. It was slowly occurring to me even then that she might be readying herself to move on.
With all that in mind, I know the first question you're all going to ask: "What's going to happen to this site now!?"
Well, obviously there are going to be some changes made, so here are a list of the changes and events that are going to take place.
1.) The site will NOT be shut down. Mika might be done with this site, but I most certainly am not. I love the stories on this site and I want to keep them up for all of you to read. It would be cruel of me to take away stories and art that you all love. So I will keep this site up longer.
2.) There will be NO new pictures. This goes without saying. With Mika gone, she will not be adding any new pictures to any of the stories. I am not an artist like her, and all I can do is continue to use my own writing abilities. With that said, I will continue to use default pictures for the stories I release. In this way, you'll still get to see the art side of this site...there just won't be anything new. Also, I have asked my friend
to create a default picture for Metamorphosis so that that one can continue to be updates as well.
3.) There will be NO new stories...at least for now. For the time being, I will not be writing any brand new stories to post on this site. I will only be updating stories that are already on this site. Until I know what I want to do with this site, it will remain this way.
4.) Deep Cliff will eventually be moved to
Because Deep Cliff is my creation and something that I did on my own, it shall be taken to my own personal account. However, since Deep Cliff has so many parts to it, I'll have to pick a good time to move it to the site. I'll let you all know how that turns out.
5.) All requests and commissions will be accepted at my account and not on this one. Pretty self explanatory. From here on out, I will not accept any more requests on THIS site. If you have story requests, take them to my personal account.
If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to send them to me in a note or comment.
...Guys, I know that this looks bad and I'm quite torn up about it myself. This site wasn't just any other site for me...it was a testament to a friendship between myself and Mika. It was more than just stories and pictures to me...it was a wonderful and fun project that I will always have fond memories of.
I know how much you all love this site, which is why I shall work on the stories even without Mika. If you only watch this site for Mika's art, then I apologize to you and I urge you to go check out her personal site so that you can continue to enjoy her work.
Know that I have done everything in my power to keep this site alive and working. I hope that you all can continue to watch this site and enjoy what we...well....what I have to offer.

I Can't...
I know I promised that I'd finish Metamorphosis this spring, and a couple of you have pointed out that I didn't do it. You're right...though not for lack of trying. Every time I tried to write out an ending, it just felt wrong...everything felt wrong about it. I have no ending. It's a story dead in the water. Every time I came back to it to try and figure it out, it just hurt. The story reminds me too much of Mika...she and I worked hard on it through most of its existence, and when I retconned so much of it early on, I ruined the story beyond repair. Now? I just can't even look at it without feeling ashamed. I'm sorry guys...I can't do it. If you're a big fan of Metamorphosis, I do apologize. I know how this is probably a huge disappointment. But now that I'm actually making money on Youtube, and now that I have a big paying job, focusing on this story is just not beneficial. Metamorphosis to be Completed this Spring
Well...I'm finally doing it. I'm going to finish this godforsaken story. I've glared at it from across the fence for far too long now. I've grown to resent this story...grown to fear it, in fact. I hate it with a passion I can't describe. Not because I don't like this story, but because I hate what I've done to it, and I can't stand the idea that people only read it now and praise me for it because it teases a fetish or interest of the audience. I swore I'd never become that kind of writer. I wanted to write stories that challenge the reader...that are intellectually profound or intriguing. I knew that I'd messed this story up beyond repair, and yet so few have told me so! Many still read it, and some ask me to continue it with certain additions in the end that make me squirm with discomfort. But I shouldn't hate the story for this...I know I shouldn't. Perfect Pests
Hey everyone, I know it's been a while. I'll fill you in on what's been going on real quick and then get into my announcements. So I've moved out of my apartment and am in the process of moving back into my parents house until I can find a new apartment or house close to my work. Since I may be going to Japan to work in the near future (near future in this case meaning 'a year or so') I don't want to make any major payments on a house unless I'm sure Japan ISN'T in my future...so the process of picking a new living place has been hard. Why did I move out? Two words: BED. BUGS. They're all over my bedroom and in my clothes and carpet. The apartment complex has done next to NOTHING to fix the problem and it's been three weeks. I'm most displeased. They will not see my next check if I have anything to say about it. :( But that's not the only problem I've had. Money is tight. I have no job and have been looking for work. Monster Club Completed! Q and A Coming Soon!
Well Monster Club is now officially over. I wrote the final chapter and it seems to have gone over well with everyone. So now I get to go through the long process of editing and preparing it for publication. But before I do that, I wanted to have a bit of fun and give ya'll the chance to hear from me any secrets or inside knowledge about the story itself. I'll be doing a Q&A (if I get enough questions) on Monster Club in the coming week or so, and I want ya'll to send in your questions. I'm terribly sorry about this horrible departure of Mika, I'm sure she has a good explanation for why she left. I will have trouble with the absence of your close artistic friend Mika but I apreciate that you still have the motivation to keep writing for us. I will always be happy to support you in anyway that I can. Maybe Mika will return, you just got to have hope and faith. The wonderful things that you and Mika created together will always be remembered in our minds and hearts. Again, I thank you for doing this for us and that you'll keep on writing for us...the fans.

I will have trouble with the absence of your close artistic friend Mika but I apreciate that you still have the motivation to keep writing for us.
